UF Modules

Our proprietary UF membrane and modules are most ideal for polishing greywater, industrial and sewage effluent for reuse. They are specially designed and configured with Membrane Bio- Reactor’s (MBR) fine-air bubble aeration features, but within the tubular modules, to provide the necessary aeration during the filtration cycles, and help minimise biofouling potential significantly. Our off-stream modules, unlike the use of submersible membrane in typical MBR applications, make backwash functions more effective, and chemicalenhanced cleaning and modules’ replacements relatively hassle-free.  More >

We designed and supplied a 150m3/day UF system fitted with our proprietary UF membrane to recycle Plaza Equatorial’s (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) greywater for landscape irrigation and cooling tower applications. Apart from saving water and long-term costs from the point of use to reuse, the developer client also helped conserve water resource as part of its overall corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies and programs.

UF polishing systems to
meet Australian Class A
effluent standards.

We designed and supplied 3 x 20’ containerised UF effluent polishing systems (60m3/day) to further purify treated sewage of a 200-man work camp for a mine at Spring Gully site – Euthulla (near Roma), Queensland, Australia. The recycled effluent was to meet very stringent Class A discharge standards in Australia – and the recycled water was used by the mine operators for irrigation of the mine’s surrounding plantation.
