Optimising all into
a constrained space.

Integrating all the UF modules and other integral equipment, parts and components into a constrained space of a container to produce the greatest flux possible, and still making sure that the space is optimised for service and maintenance, is harder than you think. It requires not only versatile expertise in UF technologies and established engineering experiences, it needs also out-of-the-box creativity and innovative strife. We are capable of doing just that – compact containerised UF systems that take raw water in from one end, and churn out filtrate of your desired qualities from the other.

With the selection and fitting of either our
inside-out, outside-in or A-series UF modules,
our plug-and-play containerised UF systems can
be used to purify natural water (from
underground, rivers, lakes, reservoirs, rain etc) for
potable or industrial use, or to recycle grey
water or pre-treated industrial effluent to the
regulatory standards or industrial qualities
desired by our customers. They can also be
integrated to serve as the pre-treatment options
for RO process downstream for industrial or
desalination applications.

Producing more or less.

By having it long or short. High or low.

Our standard fully self-contained 20’ containerised UF systems are fitted with as many as up to 20 x Ø10”x48” modules, capable of producing 30-50 m3/hr of filtrate (subject to feed water qualities). For greater filtration capacities, we have standard 40’ containerised systems fitted with up to 40 modules, producing as much as 60 -100 m3/hr of filtrate. Other variations for greater filtration capacities include fitting Ø10”x60” modules within 40’ high-cube containers with the rest of equipment while integrating the rest of the peripheral equipment such as feed pumps, screen filters (as membrane protector), chemical dosing system, control panel, clean-in-place (CIP) system etc in a separate standard 20‘ or 40‘ container.

We modify our containers to create conducive
environment within for our clients’ operators.
The internal walls and ceilings are layered with
layer of Superflex boards, the floors are checker-
plated and epoxy-coated. The containers come
with air-conditioners, overhead lighting, one-
man side doors for easy personnel access, and
pre-built utility tie-in points for hassle-free
connections at sites. All these without
compromising any compliance to international
shipping standards and regulations.

Though fitting all essential equipment and parts and components into a constrained space is
never easy, we do not compromise on any standards or compliance where adequate spaces
required for operations and services and maintenance are concerned. We cleverly make use of
any space available within the containers. Fitting the equipment, parts and components against
the inner walls, running pipes and cables hanging from the ceilings etc of the containers to
optimise the use of space. Containerised water purification systems are often used in oil and gas,
mining and other remote areas. Our proprietary SCADA-based MATT Remote Monitoring
Systems make remote tracking of the UF systems’ day-to-day performances simple, and early
prevention of systems’ failures possible.
